Sales Area Manager-Export Telecom Market
Lead the sales development of HVAC Business Unit to grow significantly in Telecom sector in Europe.
Driving BU strategic response to the key elements of Product, Brand, Channel, pre-Sales and Aftersales service and support.
To assure to reach the budget in terms of Revenues and Margins by driving the business.
Manage HVAC accounts targeting Telecom penetration within the designated area – supported by the back-office staff.
To employ a highly customer-centric approach, devising well thought-out research briefs and engaging with external audiences to gain insights and help predict market advancements.
To support HVAC BU Sales organization to build sales collateral and external audience awareness. Alongside this, to ensure the right competency to execute, and to consistently review and enhance the process.
To report on all project’s periodical (e.g. weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly), advising status and likely timing of order placement.
To measure category performance, deriving resolution plans and driving corrective actions when necessary. To refer market analysis in terms of tendences, positioning opportunity, competitors
Job Location: : Europe or Italy but with responsibility for Europe markets.
What the company offers:
- For this position, the starting gross annual salary will be no less than €70,000 + MBO+ company car for both business and personal use.
- Direct hiring by the company with a permanent employment contract.

Work Experience & Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering or economics
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC products & technologies
• Extensive knowledge of Telecom market and Industry
• Fluent in English. The knowledge of a further EU language is a plus (Italian, Spanish or French).
• Natural leadership skills.
• ~3-5 years in similar role in HVAC with a particular knowledge of Telecom market and Railway sector.
• Strong Sales Background in HVAC products ranges and knowledge of HVAC Telecom market.
• Good knowledge of HVAC sales channels Telecom and Railway.
• Experience of working within a fast moving and dynamic environment
• Management of objectives, priorities and be able to organize own work and supporting team work.
• Excellent presentation, communication (both written and verbal) and influencing skills.
• Ambitious, results-oriented, but also a team player able to work in and with a team.
What will you be doing in this role?
• Actively manage and develop Telecom Customers relationship to maximize sales.
• Develop long-term relationships with consultants and the key stakeholders, which could include facilitating with end-users, contractors, and consultants.
• Develop a network in the dedicated regions targeted by ENEX Technologies.
• Provide accurate order booking forecasts and projections to support the HVAC Division.
• Achieve sales targets through various sales visits with key clients for the assigned territory and HVAC products ranges.
• Report on all project’s periodical (e.g. weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly), advising status and likely timing of order placement.
• Oversee customer payments, finish good inventory and stocks.
