Sales Area Manager Adriatic for VU
Developing sales for the Heat Exchangers Business Unit to grow significantly in the OEM, distribution, and contracting HVAC & Refrigeration markets in the assigned area (Adriatics).
To assure to reach the budget in terms of Revenues and Margins by driving the business in the assigned area with existing customers and expanding new sales channels.
Manage eventually agents, distributors and sales representatives within the area with the support of the Export Manager.
Work Experience & Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or economics
3-5 years in similar role in HVAC / Refrigeration business (Heat Exchangers).
Knowledge of process cooling
Extensive knowledge of Heat Exchangers VUs products.
Personality traits and practical experience:
• Strong Sales Background in HVAC and/or Refrigeration products ranges and knowledge of market.
• Good knowledge of sales channels Heating & Air conditioning (Wholesaler, OEM, Contractors)
• Experience of working within a fast moving and dynamic environment.
• Excellent presentation, communication (both written and verbal) and influencing skills.
• Ambitious, results-oriented, but also a team player able to work in and with a team.
• Availability to travel frequently.
• Fluent in English. The knowledge of a further EU language is a plus (Italian, Spanish or French).
What will you be doing in this role?
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Develop Customers relationship to maximize sales potential and develop Heat Exchangers and VUs business market
• Develop long-term relationships with installers, OEM, distributors and the key stakeholders including end-users, contractors and consultants.
• Develop distribution and dealers’ network in the dedicated regions targeted by ENEX Technologies.
• Provide accurate order booking forecasts and projections in order to support the Heat Exchangers Division.
• Achieve sales targets for the Heat Exchangers Division, through various sales visits with key clients for the assigned territory and products ranges.
• Report on all project’s periodical (e.g. weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly), advising status and likely timing of order placement.
• Manage customer payments, finish good inventory and stocks.
