Service/Sales Back Office

Based in Treviso, we are searching for a talented and courageous Service/Sales back office who share our values, with innovative capacity for working with us by integrating in a diverse team that work together.

Work Experience & Education Requirements

Necessary work experience:

  • at least two years’ experience in back-office / customer care field.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Management of objectives, priorities and be able to organize own work according to deadlines and possible tight deadlines.
  • Empathic approach to various obstacles
  • Flexibility according to company demands and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to identify and overcome obstacles, with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Good knowledge of English, written and spoken & French, written and spoken

What will you be doing in this role?

Following the main responsibilities:

  • Commercial contact with Customers.
  • You will deal with commercial offers for customers, by preparing them through the ERP, with the support of the Service Area Managers.
  • Sending quotations, spare parts and services orders to the customers & follow up.
  • Manning service e-mail, send feedback to clients and forward technical requests to relevant Service Area Manager.
  • Internal interface with: Technical office, Purchasing department, Logistic department, and Accounts department.
  • Preparation of offers and spare parts orders, services, and units’ start-up.
  • Code search in the system (SAM), for each production order.
  • Sending and reminding invoices – credit recovery.
  • Management of returns, collection of information for the preparation of documentation for defective articles to be sent to the supplier for analysis. Coordination with the purchasing department and the warehouse.
