TECHNICAL SALES SUPPORT

Work Experience & Education Requirements

  • Preferred qualifications: engineering degree/ technical diploma
  • Necessary work experience (if any): at least two years’ experience in technical-commercial field
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Management of objectives, priorities and be able to organize own work according to deadlines and possible tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility according to company demands and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to identify and overcome obstacles, with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Knowledge of mechanical drawing,
  • Good knowledge of English, written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of thermodynamics is appreciated

What will you be doing in this role?

This position will have the following responsibilities :

  1. Technical / Commercial contact with Customers
  2. You will deal with commercial offers for customers, either by preparing them directly or by providing support in their preparation. (Including thermodynamic calculations).
  3. Sending quotations to the customer & follow up.
  4. Replying to technical questions about Chillers, Heat Pumps and Dehumidifiers & CO2 periodic support.
  5. Cooperating with product management and technical office to prepare and/or integrate technical documentation.
  6. Supporting back office to technically validate offers before processing the order.

Responsibilities and deliverables include

  • Quoting special and standard chillers, heat pumps dehumidifiers and air conditioning machines, using dedicated selection software.
  • Define new range of products to support specific niches of business.
  • Coordinate with Internal department to ensure customer and product satisfaction & enhancements.
