Enex Technologies achieves UNI/PDR 125:2022 Gender Equality Certification 

A major milestone in the company’s ESG roadmap, enhances the “S” of its commitment to Social responsibility

Treviso, 16 January 2026 – Enex Technologies, the European Climate Tech pioneer in natural refrigerant solutions, is proud to announce that it has achieved the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification, the Italian reference framework that certifies the adoption of a structured and measurable Gender Equality Management System.

The certification acknowledges the company’s commitment to promoting equal opportunities throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and career development to organizational culture, pay equity, work-life balance, and parental support. 

This achievement follows an audit that assessed Enex Technologies’ policies, processes, and internal initiatives, confirming the robustness of the company’s gender equality model and full compliance with the indicators required by the standard.

At the Treviso headquarters the company is represented by 25 different nationalities, of the total of 35across its Italian production sites, reflecting an open and multicultural environment. The company maintains a 28% gender ratio and an average employee age of 39, demonstrating its commitment to generational diversity and balanced workforce representation.

In recent months, Enex Technologies has accelerated its ESG roadmap, particularly focusing on the social aspects of its strategy. In addition to the new certification, as a UN GC participant, the group has published its first Communication on Progress (CoP), reinforcing transparency and accountability across all pillars of sustainability. Furthermore, Enex Technologies ESG team has taken part in the UN Global Compact’s Business & Human Rights Accelerator program, aimed at developing and integrating a robust internal human rights due diligence process throughout the organization.
