Production Manager – Massa Martana

We are looking for a talented Production Manager who shares our values and brings an innovative approach. You will join a dynamic and diverse team where collaboration and continuous improvement are part of our routine.

The candidate must already reside within a 50 km radius of our production plant located in Massa Martana (PG).

This position includes the following responsibilities:

Supervision of the industrial operations of the plant, overseeing general maintenance and all aspects related to workplace safety
Direct reporting to the COO of the Emicon Group

Work Experience & Education Requirements

Requirements:

Technical diploma or degree, preferably in Engineering
At least 5 years of experience as a Plant or Production Manager in structured industrial environments
Solid technical background with knowledge of make-to-order production processes
Excellent knowledge of Lean Production principles
Strong leadership skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams

What will you be doing in this role?

Main responsibilities:

Define the production scheduling strategy
Define and manage production capacity
Plan the workload to maximize the capacity of each line and saturate the workforce
Collaborate with the Procurement to ensure on-time delivery of materials
Monitor and analyze deviations between planned and actual output, proposing corrective actions
Manage Work In Progress (WIP)
Monitor and control plant KPIs
Promote continuous improvement activities to enhance plant performance
Collaborate with HR for the management of operational workers (skills, training, development)
Coordinate with RSPP to ensure full compliance with Health and Safety regulations
