Production Manager – Massa Martana

We are looking for a talented Production Manager who shares our values and brings an innovative approach. You will join a dynamic and diverse team where collaboration and continuous improvement are part of our routine.

The candidate must already reside within a 50 km radius of our production plant located in Massa Martana (PG).

This position includes the following responsibilities:

  • Supervision of the industrial operations of the plant, overseeing general maintenance and all aspects related to workplace safety
  • Direct reporting to the COO of the Emicon Group

Requirements:

  • Technical diploma or degree, preferably in Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Plant or Production Manager in structured industrial environments
  • Solid technical background with knowledge of make-to-order production processes
  • Excellent knowledge of Lean Production principles
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams

Main responsibilities:

  • Define the production scheduling strategy
  • Define and manage production capacity
  • Plan the workload to maximize the capacity of each line and saturate the workforce
  • Collaborate with the Procurement to ensure on-time delivery of materials
  • Monitor and analyze deviations between planned and actual output, proposing corrective actions
  • Manage Work In Progress (WIP)
  • Monitor and control plant KPIs
  • Promote continuous improvement activities to enhance plant performance
  • Collaborate with HR for the management of operational workers (skills, training, development)
  • Coordinate with RSPP to ensure full compliance with Health and Safety regulations
