Our governance approach is founded on strong leadership, ethical conduct, and transparent oversight of ESG performance. Enex Technologies’ Senior Leadership team provides Board-level supervision and conducts annually an ESG risk assessment to ensure accountable decision-making. ​

As a member of the UN Global Compact, we uphold its principles on human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption, reinforced through our annual Communication on Progress. In addition, we have formally endorsed our climate commitment by signing the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) commitment letter, reinforcing our pathway towards validated emission-reduction targets.​
