Enex Technologies publishes inaugural Sustainability Report and unveils SBTi-aligned 2028 targets

Treviso, Italy 24/07/2026 – Enex Technologies, a global pioneer in natural refrigerants and energy-efficient HVACR solutions, announces the official publication of its first Sustainability Report, covering the 2025 financial year.
Prepared with reference to the GRI Standards and subject to external audit, the report brings together the ESG work developed across the Group in recent years, providing a structured overview of Enex Technologies’ impacts, priorities, governance and sustainability roadmap.
2025 Report Highlights
- ~238,000 tCO2 equivalent avoided through Enex Technologies’ climate-tech solutions
- 55% of revenues generated by natural refrigerant technologies
- +19 hours of training per capita delivered to the employees during the year
- ~1,400 hours of training provided to customers, distributors and agents
- EcoVadis Bronze Medal, corresponding to a score of 67/100
The publication comes as sustainable heating and cooling are becoming increasingly central to the global climate agenda: driven by regulatory pressure, the phase-down of fluorinated gases and rising demand for efficient cooling, the transition towards natural refrigerants and lower-impact industrial models is accelerating.
In this scenario, the 2025-2028 ESG Action Plan sets out the next steps of Enex Technologies’ sustainability roadmap, translating its commitments into measurable objectives across the three ESG pillars. Among the Plan’s key highlights are the following targets:
- Environment: increasing revenues from natural refrigerant solutions from 55% in 2025 to 76% by 2028 and increasing the vitality index of its new products from 10% to 50%;
- Social: increasing training per capita from 19 to 23 hours;
- Governance: expanding ESG assessments across the supply chain from 28% to 85%.

Over the past years, this vision has also provided common ground on which to build a shared language, helping accelerate the aggregation journey while strengthening the identity of Enex Technologies as Climate-Tech Champion.
The report is the result of a structured and progressive approach to sustainability management, from the identification of material impacts and the definition of a common Sustainability Policy to the strengthening of measurement systems through the Impact Counter and the consolidation of the company greenhouse gas emissions inventory.
This methodological foundation enabled Enex Technologies to define a three-year ESG Action Plan, improve external assessment processes, publish its first Communication on Progress under the United Nations Global Compact, and the validation of its emission-reduction targets by the Science Based Targets initiative.
