3D Senior Designer Shell and tubes

• Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS.
• Good level of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent ability to work in a team, demonstrating cooperation and effective communication with colleagues.
• Ability in making sketches of products such as 2D and 3D views, plans, and sections under tight time constraints and lack of detailed information.
• Professional Draftsman Certificate.
• Technical-Mechanical Engineering Degree/Diploma.
• Previous experience in refrigeration systems industry.
• Knowledge in refrigeration and thermodynamics.
Previous experience in designing of Shell and Tube heat exchangers

This position will have the following responsibilities :
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of mechanical design principles and knowledge in the thermodynamic sector, be very efficient in 3D technical drawing tools such as SOLIDWORKS and an excellent technical knowledge of the Shell and Tube heat exchangers

Responsibilities and deliverables include
• Design and develop efficient and reliable
• Perform thermodynamic design of special equipment.
• Create detailed technical drawings in 3D and exploded views of components.
• Create and update Project documentation.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve design and manufacturing processes.
• Apply refrigeration knowledge to optimize product performance.
• Assist in the quotation and technical specification of bespoke special equipment.
• Actively cooperate with other company departments ensuring optimal communication with them by mainly supporting the Sales Department, Programming Department, Production Department, Purchasing Department and Logistics Department.
• Ability to find technical solutions in complete autonomy through direct dialogue with other Departments, Suppliers, Customers, with a view to improving products and processes in terms of technology and quality aiming at cost reduction and sustainability.
